Trish & Alex met at officially at a wedding in the UK. According to our sources their paths may have fleetingly crossed at a particularly muddy Glastonbury the summer before, but well you know, it was muddy.
Alex grew up in Lancashire and this couple share their love for great open landscapes. Family was always key for the setting of this magical day, so whilst London remains their home for the foreseeable future, the couple decided they really wanted to get hitched in Trish's childhood home of Dalgety; a small and beautiful farming town nestled beside the banks of the Snowy River in New South Wales, Australia.
The pair worked tirelessly planning and organising to unite their families for this very special occasion, and in the weeks surrounding the nuptials friends travelled from far and wide, coming together from across the globe to join in the preparation of the venues where new friends and families were to be made.
Trish's eldest brother Mike escorted her to the church at the crest of the hill for the intimate ceremony, and there was plenty of time for catching up over riverside canapés and a deliciously informal dinner in the transformed town hall, where a series of moving speeches were made by the boys from both sides of the globe.
Alex led his bride into a fantastic first dance to The Waterboys and midnight pies fuelled the dancing (and the gossip) on deep into the (not so) early hours of the morning.
